It has three double bedrooms with large wardrobe and little balcony each; living room with an extra sofa bed; bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath, fully equipped kitchen which leads to a sunny south-facing little terrace with fantastic views of the mountains and the city of Como; dining room with a table for 7 person and a laundry room.

You will find all the comforts of a real home from home such as bed linen, towels, a new plasma 42 inches TV, free wifi, dvd player, air conditioning, underfloor heating, balconies in each rooms, a big shower, huge bathtub, two baby beds, two highchairs and toys for all ages, washing machine, dryer machine.

You do not need a car to visit the city because the property is located in the historic city center. However a private, secure parking place near the apartment is included in the price. Having parking in town is a great perk because in Como parking spaces are rare and expensive.

The flat is situated on 4th and last floor with the benefit of two exposures. It's very bright and offers good volumes.The elevator goes up to the third floor, then a spiral staircase from the third floor to the fourth floor.

The location is perfect, all the main points of interest are very close: center of Como, the Cathedral, ferry boat, supermarket, shops, restaurants, museums.
